Ingredients
3-4 lbs chicken thighs (boneless)

1 head garlic, peeled and minced (approximately 8-10 cloves)
1 large sweet onion (Walla Walla)

2 bay leaves
Directions
1. Put chicken thighs in the Crock-pot.
2. Mix all remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.
3. Cook on low for 8 hours or until chicken falls apart. Serve over rice with broccoli as a side dish.

Mm. Looks GREAT! We had dinner provided by another coworker this evening. I'm so spoiled I'm going to forget how to cook, lol! ;o)
a post after a long time....or i missed something ?
let me check....
the noodles with chicken is my husband's idea of comfort food.
Yum! I wonder if I can find a soy sauce substitute? I'll have to put on my mad chef hat and concoct something - my kids love dark chicken meat and this would be great for work days. programmable crock pot and rice cooker to the rescue!
